Ordering and Shipment Confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive an email from PuraMenteJewelry.com. This email is a receipt/confirmation which will arrive soon after of submitting your order.
When will my order arrive?
Orders processing time is between 1-3 business days. All packages are shipped out of Charleston, South Carolina, USA.
Once an order is shipped, it can take 2-5 business days to arrive (depending on which state you are located in). International orders will take longer.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is based on the number of bracelets ordered, using USPS standard shipping rates. Shipping is calculated upon checkout. Currently, the cost for shipping one bracelet anywhere in the USA is just over $2.00.
What is your website return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be unworn with the original sales receipt.
If the bracelet has issues due to manufacturing defects, it may be exchanged for a new replacement bracelet with 60 days of the date of purchase. Please ensure the bracelet has been cared for in accordance with the Product Care information.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be included with the return, contact Pura Mente Jewelry using the Contact page on this site before shipping in order to be issued an RMA. We will follow up with return instructions. Once the jewelry is received, we will issue you a credit for the amount of your order.
